SINUS ISSUES:
Could your blocked ears be a result of sinus issues from being unwell? Please read our sinus relief guide. These steps should help with relief if you are unwell and staying home. We are very happy for you to call us on 03 384 4668 for ear advice instead of coming into the clinic.
CONTACT TRACING
We have QR codes to scan with the NZ COVID Tracer app at our Ferrymead & Rangiora clinics, and encourage their use. As our other clinics are within the premises of other businesses, we encourage you to follow their protocols and use their QR codes. Our booking system is an alternative method of contact tracing.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please keep your distance from others inside our waiting room.
MASKS
We have face masks available for your use during treatment if required. Our nurses will give you advice on how to wear these correctly. If you have your own reusable mask, you are welcome to come wearing this if preferred.
HAND SANITISER
We may have hand sanitiser at the door at Alert Level 1 – feel free to use this when you come into the clinic.

Friendly Staff
“The staff at the Ear Hygiene Clinic at Ferrymead are so friendly and the modern equipment makes it so easy and comfortable to have my regular wax build up removed. When I think back to the old days, when doctors squirted, syringed and poked around, I marvel at the progress in this ear hygiene field.”
ACC Client since 2009
